Relationships are hard work
People often struggle to identify what is ailing their relationship and feel unable to communicate their point of view to their partners effectively. You can feel isolated and dissatisfied with your relationship. By creating a safe non-judgmental space in our sessions, I am able to help by providing you the opportunity to vent your feelings. I use my advantage as a neutral third person who is curious about their experiences and is at some distance from what is going on in your relationship.
